— This should be a reassuring quote to me as a follower of Christ however, it is not. I am not encouraged by this because the “pilot” mentioned here is not God, it is me. I attempt to control my life and find that I am overcome by fear and weariness! Today as you meditate in your quiet time figure out what areas in your life you need to give up control. Is God your Pilot? Or are you trying to take control? Life under our control will certainly result in pain and heartache but if we give control over to the LORD we shall surely experience His glory! Be blessed my friends and give up control, I will!
