Psalm 103:15-19 As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. When the wind has passed over it, it is no more; And its place acknowledges it no longer. But the loving kindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children, To those who keep His covenant, And who remember His precepts to do them. The LORD has established His throne in the heavens; And His sovereignty rules over all.
i have been thinking about Revelation 3:16 lately and all of a sudden it makes sense. God would rather have us say i don’t believe, i am not a Christian before he wants us to be cold, a ‘fake Christian’ who sits around claiming to be a follower and a member of the God fan club.

In religions which have lost their creative spark, the gods eventually become no more than poetic motifs or ornaments for decorating human solitude and walls.
The quote above is cause for some soul searching! Has your faith become a stale religion? John 3:16 says that belief in Christ brings life everlasting! If this does not cause you to celebrate you should check your heart! We have been given a gift of a personal relationship with the Creator! It is so sad to see people trade that relationship for a cross necklace and a trip to church on Sunday! Our lives should reflect the love of our Lord day in and day out! In Matthew, Jesus says that the greatest commandment is love your God and to love others as yourself, this is living like you are saved! So…how are you living?
